Our Business
We have two major assets - our people and our database. The database has been developed over the past eight years. It has a wealth of information about salaries, allowances, benefits, bonus & incentive payments and share option grants for tens of thousands of incumbents in several hundred separate positions across the coal & metalliferous mining, smelting & refining and engineering & construction industries.
The information can be cut to focus on particular work groups such as fly-in / fly-out operations in Queensland or underground residential operations in Western Australia. We can extract data for share option grants to Chief Executive Officers in companies that have a market capitalisation of $200 to $400 million with a focus on exploration & operations in Africa. The data are available to analyse whether process technicians on even-time rosters are paid more, or less, than those on 14/7 rosters and whether the differences are statistically significant. Our database is the source of knowledge about industry practices and trends.
What converts the data into management advice is our people, a team of consultants with decades of resources industry experience who know the right questions to ask of the database and the experience to interpret the results of the analyses. Our eight consultants have a mix of operations and corporate experience in the mining, downstream processing and engineering & construction industries.
They understand your questions and the operating environment in which you have to apply those answers.
