Remuneration Surveys - Engineering & Construction
The most recent Engineering & Construction Remuneration Report was published in October 2011 - 78 organisations (an increase of 32 per cent over October 2010) contributed data in respect of over 5,800 incumbents occupying 218 roles.
The report included a special feature analysing the remuneration increases for all survey roles over the past 6 and the past 12 months. The scope of the survey was broadened in December 2008 to include Subsea & SURF engineering & installation roles. The current report now addresses a broad range of corporate and executive roles - please see the sample organisation chart (below).
Purpose & Framework
The purpose of the Report is to provide the Executive Management of participating organisations with factual data and reliable analyses of the remuneration of key personnel in the Engineering & Construction Industry. The Report focuses on engineering & construction activity in the mining & resources, oil & gas, energy and major infrastructure sectors. It addresses the Subsea & SURF disciplines separately.
The survey framework showing its ability to aggregate and separate & analyse data are illustrated.[More]
