Remuneration Surveys - Expatriate
The most recent Expatriate Remuneration Report was published in April 2010. Twenty-six (26) organisations managing 27 operations and projects across 13 countries contributed data to the survey. The survey targeted 50 roles. In total, remuneration data were collected in respect of 339 incumbents across 47 roles.
Purpose & Framework
The purpose of the Report is to provide reliable data and clear analyses of the remuneration of key Australian-sourced expatriate personnel in the mining and resources industry across the globe.
Expatriate Remuneration
The distinguishing feature of this report is that remuneration is presented in respect of the gross value of the package:
- Total Fixed Cash & Total Variable Cash; and,
- the net value of the package (Net Fixed Cash & Net Variable Cash).
