During the past several years we have completed a wide range of projects aimed at improving organisation performance through the more effective use and deployment of its human resources. Projects have involved the introduction of competency-based training systems, new work rosters and improved work structures.
The success of projects is attributable to detailed design-work promoting employee participation in the identification of improvements, their evaluation and in the formulation of workable solutions.

- Development of retention strategy and retention incentives for executive personnel in the metalliferous mining industry during a change of control (2003)

- Options for costings, rosters & staffing as part of the pre-feasibility study for the development of a mine & treatment facility (2000)
