McDonald & Company (Australasia) is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

 McDonald & Company (Australasia) collects information from participating organisations for the purpose of collating and analysing statistical data relating to conditions of employment or engagement in the resources industry. If the information is not provided, then McDonald & Company (Australasia) may not be able to analyse the relevant data in the usual manner.

 The information collected by McDonald & Company (Australasia) may be disclosed to persons engaged by McDonald & Company (Australasia). The information collected may be disclosed in an anonymous form to other companies in the industry. 

 The information collected will be kept by McDonald & Company (Australasia) in a secure location for five years.  The anonymous information may be kept by McDonald & Company (Australasia) in a secure location indefinitely and may be used in subsequent collation and analysis of statistical data. The information will then be destroyed.
