During the past several years we have completed a wide range of projects aimed at improving organisation performance through the more effective design of remuneration and reward systems. Projects have involved:

  • the preparation of special remuneration reports for non-executive & executive directors;
  • the design of remuneration strategies, systems & policies to achieve organisational strategy;
  • the integration of remuneration policies and systems during mergers & takeovers to facilitate organisation synergies;
  • the development of short & long term incentive plans that promote shareholder value;
  • the development of job evaluation systems that reflect and promote organisational values & culture; and,
  •  the design of international and expatriate remuneration policy and practice.
