During the past several years we have completed a wide range of projects aimed at improving organisation performance through the more effective design of remuneration and reward systems. Projects have involved:
- the preparation of special remuneration reports for non-executive & executive directors;
- the design of remuneration strategies, systems & policies to achieve organisational strategy;
- the integration of remuneration policies and systems during mergers & takeovers to facilitate organisation synergies;
- the development of short & long term incentive plans that promote shareholder value;
- the development of job evaluation systems that reflect and promote organisational values & culture; and,
- the design of international and expatriate remuneration policy and practice.

- Survey of retention plans among companies developing major capital projects (i.e. greater than $1 billion) in the mining & resources sector (2010)
- Development of a broad-banded remuneration structure & remuneration strategy for an iron ore mining company (2010)
- Survey of employment conditions & remuneration structures in North-West mining operations (2010);

- Facilitation of Expatriate Tax Forum for resources companies employing Australian expatriate staff, pursuant to changes in income tax legislation (2009);
- Generation & evaluation of plans for managing "underwater" share options & restructuring executive long-term incentive plans (2009)
- Development of a short-term incentive plan for an Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management company (2008)
